Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping to the United States and Canada.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from the date you place your order, including processing and transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, holidays, customs processing and an incomplete or incorrect address can affect delivery.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we will email your tracking information. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives your package.

Delivery addresses

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. US orders require a physical street address; we cannot ship US orders to PO boxes. If you need to correct an address, email support@pestaway.online as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your package is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email support@pestaway.online with your order number. Include photos of the item and packaging when reporting damage so we can investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.
